Ordering and delivery of alcohol

Changes to the product prices

• 313.bg reserves the right to change its prices at any time without giving prior notice to the users. The users must pay the price which was valid at the time of concluding the contract. In the event of any technical errors in the Site publications, 313.bg has the right to decline concluding the contract and is not obliged to reimburse the users, except to refund the sums paid by the customers, if there are such. The notification of reduced prices is done by putting the new price next to the old one which is crossed off. If the period of the reduced prices is not stated, these prices are valid until the stocks are exhausted, but not for more than one month or six months as stipulated in Article 66, Paragraph 2 of the consumer Protection Act.

Online card payment

• 313.bg offers its customers the possibility to make online payments of products ordered from the Supplier via bank cards with VISA or MasterCard logos.
• Payments are made through the Easypay Inc. (UIC 131344648) online money transfer system, where the user has to fill in bank card data (number, date of expiry, a 3-digit security code, etc.) with a bank card payment. The data security is guaranteed by Easypay Inc., which processes the payment.
• All bank cardholders who make payments through 313.bg webpage are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank refuses to accept the payment or does not authorize payment for any reason, the cardholder will be notified immediately. The Supplier shall not be held responsible for online payment errors due to in correct data provided by the user.
• The issuing bank may charge a fee for all card transactions. Please, contact the card issuing bank for further information.
• In the event of an online payment disputed by the user – cardholder, he/she has to contact the bank issuer of the bank card, as the Supplier undertakes to settle the disputed payment case. In case the disputed payment is justified, the sum shall be refunded by the bank processing the online payment to the user’s card account or, if possible, the disputed payment is cancelled.
• We reserve the right to supplement and amend the General Terms and Conditions, as the amendments will become effective immediately upon giving prior notice thereof on the 313.bg webpage.
• The currency of bank card payments is Bulgarian levs (BNG). If the currency of the cardholder is different from the payment currency, the amount of the payment will be calculated according to the exchange rates of the bank issuer, applied on the date of payment.

Rights and obligations under the Consumer Protection Act

We are obliged to provide the following information under the Consumer Protection Act::

•    7. The payment of products is in accordance with Article 93, Para 1 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts, for which a corresponding document shall be obtained.

The photos of the flowers and products, offered on 313.bg, have been taken by us in realistic conditions with the aim of giving the most accurate impression of their colours. However, considering the fact that we are working with “living goods” and the colour of the flowers cannot be standardized and guaranteed to be identical, a minimal discrepancy of several tones/nuances is possible.

There is also a certain inaccuracy in the way colours are shown on the screens of electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops, PCs and others), used to access the shop.

As a user, you have the right to refuse your purchases within 7 working days of receiving the products in case they are not used except for trial (functionality of the product, fitting), the integrity of their packaging is not violated and the presentation is preserved (all labels, stickers, etc. must be on the product) and in accordance with the conditions under Art. 55 of the CPA. In the case of finding a defect in the product within 24 hours of receiving it and the presentation and packaging are still intact, we commit to replacing it with a new one under the guarantee conditions of the respective manufacturer or to reimburse the cost of the product under Art. 55 of the CPA, as of the date you as a user exercised your right to refusal. After this period or in the case of violating the presentation and integrity of packaging of the product, the reparation of the product will be handled by the service, mentioned in the guarantee certificate. Transport and other costs, concerned with receiving and returning of the product, are at the expense of 313.bg. In the case of a discrepancy between the product and the characteristics presented on the page, the provider has to refund the whole sum, including transport expenses, paid by the user with the aim of obtaining the product under Art. 59 para. 3 of the CPA and within 7 working days from receiving of the product, and the presentation and packaging are still intact. When receiving the shipment, you should check the contents of the package for correspondence between the product and the order. In the case of a violation of the exterior of the product occurring during the transportation, you must contact the courier about a protocol for a damaged shipment.
